Beer Meatloaf and Pumpkin Beer Bread
Over at my beer blog, I posted something on cooking with beer. I made a meatloaf that insures your loaf doesn't dry out (along with adding some flavor) and a pumpkin bread that is basically pumpkin beer with self-rising flour (plus a few other things.

Yum, I used to make that bread a lot. I never made it with really good beer though--hmm. Was the beer at room temperature, I wonder? Sometimes that bread didn't turn out for me and I could never figure out why, exactly, but at times I thought it was because the beer was too cold.

Sometimes that breads didn't end up for me and I could never determine why, exactly, but at periods I believed it was because the alcohol was too freezing.
