How I Miss Those Sidebar Links...
I'd like to forward the call to all contributing bloggers to help build up the static resouces of the site--namely, let's collect a few outbound links to useful foodie-related resources that visitors (and ourselves) might find useful as they ponder the culinary options afforded by cowtown and surrounding areas. Our fearless blog admin (whom I have just nominated for the task) can then stick a few in our "Links" section. I'll go first and recommend:
chowhound, the online destination for Zagat's-but-hipper type reviews.
Other suggestions?

ooh, what a great idea. i have several foodie blogs i visit on a regular basis. one is orangette http://orangette.blogspot.com/.
molly is a talented foodie/essayist who is located somewhere on the west coast, i can't remember now, maybe sf or seattle? anyway, she rocks. i think she posts about once a week. i have made several of her recipes and i always enjoy the stories that go along with her foodie adventures.

and more...(i have a lot to say on the topic i guess since i'm a foodie blog junkie). i also highly recommend chocolate and zucchini (http://chocolateandzucchini.com/). clotilde is my age and lives in paris. her recipes have been featured on npr (after she gained notoriety from her blog) and she has a book in the works, one of the rising number of bloggers who is making the transition/jump in to print culture.

okay, i swear i'll stop in a minute and i realize i'm not really being on topic per ben's request for review-ish sites but there's one place i go over and over again to find restaurant reviews when i'm traveling or new in town: bust magazine's let's go girl online guide. this is a message board style recommendation center. it is especially fruitful for vegetarian and vegan suggestions.

and the blogs in my previous comments have reviewish information at times too but they are more foodie-centric...like us.

let me add the columbus underground forum, a site where they talk about c'bus politics, real estate, and other topics, but also *a lot* about restaurants, the north market, and other food-related stuff.
